SKINSCAPE 360 – FREE SCAN AND SKIN CHECK PROMOTION

 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
1. Promoter

The Promoter is Skinscape 360 (referred to as “the Promoter”).
 
2. Promotion Period

The promotion starts and closes on the dates explicitly stated on the physical in-clinic entry box.
 Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
 
3. Eligibility
 
  • Entry is open to New Zealand residents who are 14 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • If an entrant is under 18 years of age, they must have parental or guardian consent to enter and to redeem the prize.

 

4. How to Enter

  • To enter, individuals must complete the official entry form and place it into the dedicated entry box located inside the clinic.
  • Strictly one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
 
5. Prize and Valuation
 
  • One (1) winner will be drawn to receive a Free Vectra Scan + Skin Check with Dermoscopy at Skinscape 360.
  • The total retail value of the prize is $449 NZD (including GST).
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
 
6. Winner Selection and Notification
 
  • The winner will be drawn by the Clinic Manager following the closing date of the promotion.
  • The winner will be notified via the phone number or email address provided on their entry form within 7 days of the draw.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and conduct a redraw.
 
7. Prize Redemption
 
  • The Vectra scan and skin check appointment must be booked and completed within 6 months of winning.
  • Appointments are subject to clinic availability.
  • The skin check and scan are screening services and do not replace regular medical advice or specialist dermatological care if required.
 
8. Privacy and Data Collection
 
  • By entering this promotion, entrants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Promoter for the purposes of administering this competition.
  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
  • Entrants agree to receive future marketing communications from Skinscape 360. Entrants can opt out at any time.
 
9. General Conditions
 
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant’s age and identity).
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees, and agents exclude all liability for any loss, damage, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or the use of the prize.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
